The reception staff were smiling and friendly. The service was very good. The room was clean. The only thing was that the pillow was a bit too soft. It should be improved by changing the pillow to be harder.

Good breakfast and a wide variety, the live counter at breakfast is really great. Very courteous staff. Close to airport. Grocery stores and restaurants very closeby. Only turn off was the surrounding entrance or approach road was so chaotic and a bit unorganized. THe check in experience was terrible. The reception informed me that the booking is incorrect and they made me wait for almost 20 minutes asking me to show the confirmation email from booking.com. Until the manager intervened it was all a mess at the check in.
